The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul (O.P. Kathara) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement before the police and expect confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner.
