The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498A and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that wife of the petitioner is agreed to stay with the petitioner. Learned counsel on instructions submits that wife of the petitioner is ready to reside with him at the matrimonial home.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65393 of 2019(4) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019.

After release of the petitioner, the court below shall refer the matter to the District Mediation Centre, Khagaria so that the dispute is amicably settled and the wife is provided residence at the matrimonial place where she stays with full honour and dignity.

It is needless to say that the petitioner will keep his wife with full honour and dignity after release from custody. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
