The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding the police having apprehended the petitioner and recovered one country made pistol from his possession.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a fair antecedent, barring one case in which he has been granted bail. The petitioner is sated to be languishing in custody since 27.01.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26142 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I may deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail immediately upon completion of six months of his custody from the date of his arrest i.e. 27.01.2018, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 and also subject to such other terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by the learned trial court.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
