2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025 instituted under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of one country made pistol and live cartridges from the house of the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and prays for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
