Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,395,397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade during trial nor anything was recovered from his possession. Investigation of the case is already complete, in fact, the petitioner was arrested in connection with Sakara P.S.Case No.39 of 2017, a case under the Arms Act and thereafter the petitioner was remanded in several cases detailed in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, wherein the FIRs were registered against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Karja Police Station Case No.11 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
