1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.04.2023 passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jehanabad (Respondent No. 2) in Misc. (Measurement) Case No.51/D.M./2022 and Misc. (Measurement) Case No.52/D.M./2022 whereby and whereunder it has been held that the order dated 28.05.2022 passed in Measurement Appeal Case No.12/2021-12 and 15/2021-22 by the L.R.D.C. Jehanabad was not in consonance

Patna High Court CWJC No.15843 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 with Section 118 of Bihar Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 2017 and the matter was remitted to the D.C.L.R. Jehanabad for passing afresh order in accordance with law.

3. In view of the nature of order passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jehanabad (Respondent No.

2) in Misc. (Measurement) Case No.51/D.M./2022 and Misc. (Measurement) Case No.52/D.M./2022, the petitioners are directed to appear before the L.R.D.C., Jehanabad, and file their show cause.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has failed to point out any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order. The learned L.R.D.C., Jehanabad has already issued show cause and as such the petitioners are advised to appear and file their reply before the authority.

5. No further orders are required to be passed in this case.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
