2. The present application has been filed for issuance of directions upon the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 for proper and fair enquiry/investigation of Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 256/2023 lodged under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and further for the arrest of Respondent No. 5 and 6 as in spite of the rejection of prayer for anticipatory bail of respondent no. 05, the I.O. of the case is neither arresting her nor asking for issuance of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2146 of 2024(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 process under Sections 82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. for the competent Court.

3. In the facts of the case when the Anticipatory Bail application of Respondent No. 5 has been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26804 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024 and when the police has found the allegation true against the accused persons, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur is directed to review the case and pass an appropriate order for the conclusion of the investigation and for the arrest of the accused, if required.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
