Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 385/353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion on the basis of information given by a spy and except that there is no material against this petitioner showing his complicity in the alleged crime. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties,
