The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

30 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered near the bank of river Chhedi.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from a public place. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72958 of 2022(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court - I, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
