2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others demanded extortion from the prosecution side and on refusal they all started firing and the shot fired by one Vikas hit the deceased Shravan Kumar.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2023.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioners were involved in the extortion and killing of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners is rejected herewith.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

9. If there is no sufficient progress in the trial, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail.
