2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody since 16.09.2014 and has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 20 of 2015 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the offence alleged under Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by orders dated 29.06.2015 and 07.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 11370 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 37146 of 2016, respectively.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the delay in conclusion of trial, similarly situated coaccused Manoj Kumar has been granted bail on 28.02.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 60794 of 2017.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25333 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 20 of 2015 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014, on the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial. (iii) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
