Mr. Smt Renu Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is against the accused persons including the petitioner herein having fired gunshot on the mother and father of the informant resulting in death of the mother and the father is said to be serious.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material on record to suggest the complicity of the petitioner herein and he has been falsely implicated in the present case as also is languishing in custody since 20.02.2018.

No.25373 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Per contra, the learned counsel for the informant has submitted that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner of having inflicted gunshot injury on the father and mother of the informant resulting in death of the mother of the informant.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary and I find that the police has also found the case to be true as against the petitioner herein and has submitted the charge-sheet.

In view of the gravity of the nature of crime committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
