ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no connection with the case, but only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Deepak Sah, the name of the petitioner has been brought into the present prosecution.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
