2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation made in the F.I.R., two motorcycle riders intercepted the Informant and snatched his bag containing Rs. 1,26,530/- and other documents and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitoiner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any thing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He further submits

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accuseds, namely, Mahesh Sharma, Vikram Paswan and Manish Kumar have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 03.11.2023, 07.11.2023 and 08.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 68816, 71383 and 59694 of 2023 respectively.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

8. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Gurua P.S. case No. 229 of 2023.
