Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation to consider the transfer of the petitioner, in view of her claim that her mother, who is a widow and aged about 70 years, needs proper treatment of cancer, which is available at Patna Regional Cancer Center, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna.

3. Considering the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17631 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna alongwith all the required documents, showing sufficient proof that her mother is undergoing through treatment of cancer and certification of a competent doctor, issued from a recognized cancer institute that care can only be provided from the super specialty center Patna Regional Cancer Center, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna. The Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar shall forthwith consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
