The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, it is stated that 200300 persons armed with lathi, danda, bricks and stones etc. brutally assaulted three persons who were rescued in injured condition and they were sent to the hospital by the police. Subsequently, one of the injured person died. Thereafter the police arrested 32 persons including the petitioner. No.72468 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 already been granted bail by a coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.59125 of 2019 dated 23.10.2019, Cr.Misc.No.62712 of 2019 dated 18.10.2019 and Cr.Misc.No.64241 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019. He further submits that save and except suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Rupaspur P.S.Case No.351 of 2019.
