2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 01.02.2023 passed by the learned ACJM-V, Bhojpur at Ara in Chandi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code by which the Court below has granted regular bail to the opposite party no. 02.
3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no.2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is

4. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 within six months from today by holding the trial on day to day basis. He is also directed to file a compliance report in this Court after six months or after conclusion of the trial, whichever is earlier.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur through FAX for its compliance.
