2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(i), 109, 352, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with knife and also fired two shots from his country made katta. It is further alleged that when the wife of the informant came to rescue, she was also being assaulted.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that from perusal of the injury report, it is clear that the informant has received two injuries, one is on left knee and

The wife of the informant has received one injury which is also simple in nature. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is also a counter version of this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as for the informant opposed the bail application.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of injuries caused by this petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additinal Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. 2023.
