Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39070 of 2022. In compliance of order dt. 10.11.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received and kept at Flag'R'.

The report of learned Addl. District & Sessions JudgeIII, Saharsa dt. 29.11.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
