2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is only alleged to be order giver. Specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Jitesh Kumar and Rahul Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
