The petitioner is in custody since in connection with Sessions Trial No. 270 of 2016 arising out of Suryapura P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner being husband, has moral responsibility to protect his wife and, the alleged occurrence took place while she was with him, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected.
