1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.12.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.538 of 2022, the Additional Secretary, In-Charge, J.P. Cell, Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 27.10.2023, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge
Patna High Court MJC No.3099 of 2023(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 the aforesaid order dated 27.10.2023, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
