The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2018 in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 293 of 2011 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Bhaisur of the deceased lady, who is said to have sustained burn injuries and has died in her husband's home at Dhumarvi near Bilaspur. It is further submitted that the deceased lady was living with her husband and the petitioner being the elder brother-in-law is have nothing to do with the occurrence. It is only because of the omnibus allegation leveled against all the other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19792 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 family members that the petitioner has been taken into custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzuffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 293 of 2011.
