The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 605/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the present case is that the son of the informant had gone to see Ganesh Mela on 30.08.2017 and subsequently the informant received information that his son has been murdered and his dead body was lying in the khandhar of Janakdhari High School. The informant and others had gone to the said place of occurrence and found the dead body. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the

No.27134 of 2018 (3) dt.30-05-2018 2/2 present case inasmuch as there is no material which has come on record during the entire investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. It is submitted that besides the confessional statement of the petitioner, nothing has come on record during the course of the investigation to suggest the role of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 15.3.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-1st, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 605/2017.

It is directed that the petitioner would mark his presence before the Officer In-Charge of the concerned Police Station at 10 A.M. on each and every Monday of the month and in the event of his failure on three consecutive occasions to mark his attendance, the present privilege of bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
