JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 186, 353, 332, 333, 504, 506, 189, 190, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has 12 criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed with a direction to the District Judge, Aurangabad to transfer all the cases pending against the present petitioner in one court having jurisdiction over the cases and get the trial of the aforesaid cases expedited.
