2. The present petition has been filed for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned court below.

3. Vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50481 of 2023, the petitioner was granted eight weeks' time to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned court below. However, on account of being a labourer, the petitioner was working outside Bihar and therefore, he could not surrender himself before the learned court below within the stipulated time and hence, he is seeking extension of time to surrender before the court below.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, further four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and furnish bail bond in terms of the order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. 50481 of 2023.

5. The order dated 23.08.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50481 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
