ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017 in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.218 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is being submitted that four shots were fired, one injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposes the bail application and submits that the informant is the eye-

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.
