2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which has been filed for payment of salary but till date the respondent authorities neither has made payment the salary for the period 14.10.2009 to 23.01.2014 for which the petitioner has worked nor has disposed of the representation of the

(ii) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ application be disposed of directing the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner for the reliefs as stated herein above.

4. The writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation before the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Arwal/Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Jehanabad/respondent concerned within four weeks.

5. In case such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the respondent concerned shall decide the same within a period of two months.

6. Any amount found payable to the petitioner shall be paid within three months from the date of passing of the order disposing of the petitioner's representation.

7. In case the amount prayed for by the petitioner is not found admissible, a reasoned order for the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

8. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.

9. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
