JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 (arising out of G. R. No. 4163 of 2017) for the offence under Section 302, 120,(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, he has been named in this case only on suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the person with whom the petitioner has been named in the instant case has been granted anticipatory bail in by another co-ordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 26452 of 2018 vide order dated 22.06.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no eye-witness to show that the

Except suspicion there is no material against this petitioner, other coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017.
