The petitioner has been in custody since 18.11.2017 in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 150/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation is that he has used a stolen mobile with his own SIM. It is further submitted that though the petitioner has been in custody since almost five months, no T.I.P. has been conducted till date.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner was not aware that such mobile was in fact a stolen mobile, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18696 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Nalanda P.S.
