ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2017 in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No.126 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Benipatti, District-Madhubani.

From the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the petitioner was equally participated in the kidnapping of the girl and she has not been recovered as yet. It is further submitted that the petitioner was found to have been taking the girl to his sister's place and thereafter he had taken

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after there is any change of circumstances. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
