ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2018 in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.35 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nature of injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature. Moreover, the petitioner is a physically handicapped and there was no scope of his being on the scene for running along with the informant and could not have been the applicant for the Army Service.
In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.18944 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 circumstances and the nature of injury having been found to be simple in nature, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.
