The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner abused the grand-daughter of informant and misbehaved with her. Petitioner nos. 1 and 3 assaulted the grand-daughter of informant by Khanti causing injury on her head, waist and hand. Petitioner no. 2 snatched

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72618 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 gold chain from her neck and petitioner no. 1 also opened fire. It is submitted that on account of land dispute between the parties, simple marpit took place in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 506 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
