The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017 in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and after perusal of the case diary including the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
