The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 IPC. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have given Farsa blow on the head of the nephew of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Referring to Annexure-3 he submits that the injury was caused by hard and blunt substance and not by weapon like Farsa. The injury is

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.
