The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2022 in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 303 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Patna City in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.

The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial then the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation the bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner shall mark his presence in the Didarganj Police Station, Patna on 1st Sunday of every month, failing which, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall stands cancelled by the Court below.
