2. It appears that the appellant has challenged the impugned judgment of acquittal under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') for which the minimum sentence is of rigorous imprisonment for life, which is the business of the Division Bench of this Court.

3. Accordingly, the appellant is directed to take necessary steps within four weeks to convert the present appeal, so as same be listed before Division Bench.
