====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 366/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that 16.05.2019, Kundan Kumar, Gulabchand, Ravi Raj, Chandan Kumar (petitioner), Sanju Devi and Gulaban Yadav have kidnapped Chandani Kumari the wife of the informant with bad intention alongwith ornaments . When he enquired from Kundan Kumar then all the accused persons including this petitioner abused and committed assault with him and hidden his wife anywhere. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.07.2019. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The

There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been examined under Section 164 of Cr. P.C. She has left her house out of her own will and got married with co-accused Kundan Kumar.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
