The Petitioner seeks bail in Kharik P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant is the father of the deceased who in his written complaint has alleged that his son Pradip Jha on 13.11.2017 at about 2:00 pm to have Prasad went alongwith his co-villager Shrawan Kumar Choudhary on two motorcycle and in the way two more known persons Saurabh Kumar Ram @ Kare Ram and Chotu Kumar accompanied them but did not return and his mobile was also switched off. During, search for his son one Sonu Kumar informed that his son Pradeep Jha

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31747 of 2018(6) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 alongwith three others had come in the village but thereafter is traceless and suspected that he was kidnapped. During investigation dead body was recovered from river in a decomposed state.

Allegation against the petitioner is of brutally killing them by fire-arm and throwing dead bodies in river Ganga. Recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner of arms and ammunition. Petitioner has criminal antecedent. This Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition for grant of bail is rejected. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
