The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the Land Acquisition Authority to pay compensation to him for the land acquired at the rate 12% interest thereon. It appears from Annexure-4 series that the petitioner was noticed and the Land Acquisition Authority directed the petitioner to appear before him with all the relevant documents with regard to ownership and possession of the land. The notice was issued on 19.10.2016. The petitioner appeared and filed petition with relevant documents but the petition of the petitioner is still pending.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21722 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 this writ petition with a direction to the Land Acquisition Authority to dispose of the petition of the petitioner filed in pursuance of notice issued to him on 19.10.2016 and pass order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
