The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4576 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 498(a) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is already married having three kids and he has nothing to do with the affairs of the incident as alleged in the FIR. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67153 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4576 of 2019).
