2 The petitioners apprehend arrest in Rajoun PS Case No 344 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of Indian Penal Code.
3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioners assisted co-accused Manohar Kumar Mandal in taking away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation is against co-accused Manohar Kumar Mandal and there is general and omnibus allegation against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1629 of 2023(4) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 petitioners of assisting co-accused Manohar Kumar Mandal in taking away the daughter of the informant.
5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6 Considering the rival submissions, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Rajoun PS Case No 344 of 2021, corresponding to GR No 2531 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
