In view of the subsequent development the present application has become now irrelevant. The issue whether the petitioner was entitled to appointment on the basis of actual marks shall be considered by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and if ultimately the Appellate Authority comes to the conclusion that the corrected marks is taken for consideration even then the petitioner comes within the zone of consideration, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority will consider the grant of benefit of continuity in
