====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 19-03-2025 Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioners and Learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 lodged on 05.03.2024, for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioners has earlier been rejected vide order dated 27.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38529 of 2024 with liberty granted to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail three months after framing of charge. Counsel submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 13.06.2024 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76795 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 one witness has been examined in this case. Counsel further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 05.03.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State submits that charge has already been framed in this case.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise 2nd, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
