====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with NCB Case No. 17 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) 20(B) (ii) (c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47510 of 2022.

In compliance of the order dated 15.12.2023, a status report has been received dated 23.12.2023 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81251 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
