The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 231/2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the I.P.C and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 106 litres of illicit liquor from the roof of the house of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
