The court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet on 31.1.2018.
In view of the above, the court below is directed to expedite the hearing and conclude the trial within a period six months. In case, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail.
