2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of this writ petition directing the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif (Respondent No. 9) to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-P-3 in terms of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for determination of amount of compensation.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif (Respondent No. 9) to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-P-3 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
