JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.9.2017, seeks bail in Raniganj PS Case No. 303 of 2017 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as other co-accused Anand Kumar and Suraj Kumar Mandal have been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6623 of 2018. Learned Counsel further submits that there is no other material against the petitioner except recovery of thirty thousand rupees cash from his house which is his personal money and there is no other evidence to connect that money as looted one.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Raj Kumar Mandal @ Rohit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10352 of 2018 (4) dt.02-05-2018 satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Rajiganj PS Case No. 303 of 2017.
