Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been in custody for three and half years and uptil now only charge has been framed and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that in this case, there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing on the deceased, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner, this application is accordingly, dismissed. Since, the charge has been framed, the trial court is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11398 of 2018 (5) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude as soon as possible.
